Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal, return & exchange:

When you shop with us via our website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal and return within 14 days. This right begins to apply from the day you receive your order and also includes the possibility of exchanging goods.

For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and packaged in its original packaging. If you regret your purchase or want to exchange an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. Please note that the right of withdrawal, return and exchange does not apply if the item is used. Complaints about used products will not be processed.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping and for the product being in good condition during transport. Therefore, we recommend that you pack the goods carefully and use the original packaging to minimize the risk of damage.

In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the decrease in value if the product has been used or damaged. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, but only after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that the return process can take up to two weeks.

Returns

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds 

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email using our contact form.
